Jackie has over 14 years’ experience in future talent and early careers marketing. She loves that what she does has real meaning. The fact that she’s helping young people to find their way in life and, in particular, driving change and improving access to opportunities for young people from different backgrounds.
Jackie is driven, dependable and determined to see every project through to a positive conclusion. She wants to make a difference and make an impact on the lives of young people.
She has worked on a diverse portfolio of projects for a number of clients. These include helping Balfour Beatty develop their 3-year emerging talent strategy with a full university and schools’ outreach, engagement and activation plan and supporting Network Rail to overhaul their event strategy with interactive virtual events, a new approach to society sponsorship and social media influencers.
In both cases, large-scale, meaningful change was achieved by understanding the challenges, collaborating with stakeholders and helping to harness ambassadors from across the businesses.
