Tim is passionate about the power of insight and how it can help institutions to define a more strategic approach and gain a deeper understanding of their markets and audiences. A recent content strategy project for UWE effectively demonstrates how his collaborative approach to insight developed a tailored, strategic solution that met UWE’s very specific needs.
Tim is driven by the variety of his work and range of clients. He’s fascinated by product innovations, service developments, new ideas and alternative ways of working. From driving a market leading ODL research project to supporting the University of Wolverhampton to use segmentation in order to prioritise their recruitment activity more effectively.
Having worked client-side, Tim’s seen first-hand the challenges institutions and the sector faces. This knowledge and experience means that he’s able to quickly identify effective solutions and implement positive change.
