Zoli has over 7 years’ experience working across both the education and employer markets, although these days he specialises purely on education marketing and youth marketing.

He is driven by the challenge of finding creative ways to use the media in order to target specific audiences. The more original and strategic the approach, the better, if it helps Zoli to achieve a client’s goal.

Zoli has substantial experience of directing long-term, annual client media strategies, including complex domestic and international campaigns. From Warwick Business School’s post-experience campaign and the University of Nottingham’s brand campaign to youth marketing projects for Deloitte and Teach First, he consistently delivers tailored BAU solutions that add real value.

Zoli has an expert understanding of the media landscape, including bought and managed digital channels and how these fit together to form cohesive, long term media strategies. Due to his experience, he can also streamline media strategies and suggest key changes that will vastly improve performance.
