We’re looking for a junior art director who knows how to get to the heart of a brief – and then absolutely nail it. Who thinks things through, and enjoys nothing more than bouncing ideas off other creative types. Who crafts their work with an almost-weird intensity. And who shares their work with energy and belief, with clients and colleagues alike.
That’s not all. We’re also after digital and social knowhow, along with an eagerness to learn and get stuck in. Agency experience is important, as would a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and, ideally, video and animation packages.
We know we’re asking a lot. But we’re offering a lot too. You’ll get your hands on some big, impressive brands from across the employer, education and youth marketing sectors, and you’ll get to take them further. You’ll play with everything from video and digital to employer brands and attraction campaigns. You’ll work with, and learn from, some genuinely lovely people. And we’ll get you out there in front of clients, so you can meet them and (politely) start persuading them to take the creative leaps we feel they need to.
