We help organisations change for the better, by helping them tackle the culture and people-communication challenges that really matter. In everything we do, we aim to inspire meaningful, measurable change. As one of our Client or Project Managers, you’ll make sure we continue to succeed.

Working with our research, tech, social and creative teams, you’ll put all kinds of employer branding and attraction projects into action. These could include anything from websites, marketing campaigns or internal comms initiatives to videoshoots, photoshoots and events – whatever it takes to bring our clients’ stories to life. Our clients will benefit from your expertise too. You’ll understand their needs, challenge their thinking, suggest different approaches, and basically becoming a trusted and invaluable partner.

We’re looking for someone with employer marketing experience, gained either in an agency or client side. This will need to be backed up by the ability to work quickly and accurately, no matter how hectic things get. You’ll need to be a natural organiser too, with excellent people skills and a real knack for getting things done.
