As our Employer Marketing Strategist, you’ll help us put them into action and input into where we go next.
A big thinker in our employer marketing team, you’ll explore and take every opportunity to help us offer more to our clients. This will mean enhancing our products and services, fostering new partnerships, and developing the already-impressive expertise within the agency. You’ll consult with our clients, to help them refine their approach to employer branding all across the talent lifecycle. And you’ll look outwards too – getting out there and finding the best ways to position our reputation, capabilities and services in a busy and competitive market.
Understandably, we’re looking for a genuine employer marketing expert. Someone who, having worked client or agency side, knows what employer branding is all about, and where the opportunities are to do it even better. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker, a solid project manager, a confident presenter and an excellent relationship builder – particularly when it comes to senior stakeholders. What’s more, you must be as excited by new and creative ideas as we are.
