We’re one of the UK’s leading recruitment communications agencies, and our clients increasingly need multi-media campaigns that span every relevant offline, online and social media touch point. That social angle? Well, that’ll be where you come in.

Joining a team of creative, research and media experts, you’ll use your social media knowhow to add value, strength and reach to our employer, education and youth marketing campaigns. Managing our clients’ social media activities, you’ll help develop and roll-out their social strategy and plan and execute their campaigns. You’ll also perform detailed campaign-level reporting, monitoring social platforms and competitor activity to make sure we, and our clients, are always one step ahead.

Full of ideas, you’ll be as confident instigating online social conversations as you are communicating with our colleagues and clients face-to-face. It helps to have experience of managing social campaigns across all the usual platforms, but it’s not absolutely essential. We can teach you that. What you will have to do is work well within a team, juggle multiple tasks and communicate efficiently.

So what does the role involve specifically? Community engagement. Using a range of analytical tools (for both review, and recommendations). Copywriting. Creative activation. Scheduling. Keeping an eye what’s working, and what’s not. You will also need excellent attention to detail and be able to meet specific (sometimes busy) deadlines.
