This means you’ll take the lead on talent attraction and engagement, using social media, professional networking and talent pipelining to achieve our goals. You’ll become a key figure in the agency for all things culture and values — building strong relationships that allow you to ensure that both new and existing employees are united behind common beliefs and a shared purpose.
To make a difference in this role you’ll need to be a real team player and an effective communicator, someone who’s keen to build a wide range of HR skills and play a hands-on role shaping our culture and improving employee experience.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so ideally you’ll be working towards (or have already completed) a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification. If you’re an experienced recruiter with excellent candidate sourcing skills, we’d love to hear from you. And if you’ve got specific experience around apprenticeships on top of that, this position could be made for you.
