Proud to play our (very small) part

When I tuned into Matt Hancock’s daily coronavirus briefing on May 1st, I was blown away to hear three of our amazing clients receive special mentions.
There was Deloitte, helping deliver the UK’s first drive-through testing centres. Yodel, supporting the government by delivering essential supplies where they’re needed most. And Hologic, making a major breakthrough in COVID-19 testing.
When we started working with these clients, I never thought for a second about a crisis as dramatic and unexpected as COVID-19. We knew that the employer brands we were building for them would shape their businesses for the long term. But we certainly didn’t expect such a big test of their culture to be just around the corner. How could I imagine that the people we were helping them to hire would face such huge challenges?
We don’t work on the front line. We don’t save lives on a day-to-day basis. We’re the ones clapping for carers from our home offices and wondering how we can use our expertise to help. But it is nice to know that we played a role in helping others to make a difference.
Developing employer brands for charities like Mencap #WorkWithFeeling, and NHS Trusts like London North West Healthcare #WholeHeartedNotFaintHearted, always makes me very proud of the work we do. But we want to do more.
We want to use our unique expertise to help key organisations stay close to their people and manage their culture through this crisis. That’s why we’re offering free access to our Employer Brand Metrics tool from now until the end of 2020 for a select number of organisations who have been impacted by the global pandemic.
We will use the tool to engage with a panel of up to 500 people from each organisation. And with our expert help, track how each employer brand and culture is reacting to the challenges people are facing every day.

Whilst this offer is free of charge to those who are impacted most and wouldn’t be able to afford to do this work at this point, if you are interested too, but don’t fall into that category we are happy to offer a discounted (50%) introductory rate.
Whichever category of organisation you are in, you can also enhance the service by collecting content for your employer brand communications, ask extra questions and run bespoke activities for your panel. We can even reach out to candidates in your talent network to see how the crisis is affecting them and their perception of your industry, your competitors and your brand.
We will benchmark your organisation against the group and share what we all learn. Of course, your individual insights will be completely confidential.
