Whilst we have worked with clients in the defense and prison sectors, our engagement with the prison service represented only 0.4% of revenue in FY24. From 1 January 2026, we will no longer work with any clients from the prison service sector.

We recognise that individual values and ethics matter. Therefore, colleagues will always have the option to decline work on a client if it does not align with their personal principles. While certain decisions may be right for the business, we respect and support the right of individuals to make choices that reflect their own values.
