What it is

Who is driving your organisation’s culture? Identifying the people who are setting the tone of your organisation, formally or informally. We can help you understand relationships and influence across your organisation – identifying the influencers of your culture and then helping them to expand their impact.

How it works

We start by identifying your key cultural influencers. Then, we engage and onboard them – providing them with a Cultural Influencers Toolkit that empowers and equips them to make a real difference. We can also support them with an Activation and Engagement Strategy to maximise their impact.
