Understand your culture and define your culture aspiration

What it is

A culture diagnostic is designed to help you understand your current culturehow your people experience it and how it differs across your organisation. Once you know this, you can take steps to nurture a culture that will inspire and empower your people to bring their best, achieve your strategic objectives and feel accomplished.

How it works

We look at how people experience your culture every day – from what’s inspiring them to give their best to what’s blocking them. This is done by listening to their ideas and opinions using interviews, focus groups and surveys.

We define your current culture and your culture aspiration using culture enablers and blockers. We develop an Organisational Health Report and a Culture Roadmap. These are then used to create a tailored action plan and targeted interventions to drive your people and your culture.

Changes that can be measured

With a culture diagnostic, your culture enabler and blockers become measurable. This is instrumental in planning, tracking and measuring the effectiveness of cultural interventions.
