When we learned that World Employer Branding Day wouldn’t be taking place in 2026, we didn’t want to lose the opportunity to come together as a community.
So we’re bringing our Employer Branding in Action workshop to Amsterdam.
This intimate, in‑person event is designed for Employer Brand, Culture, Internal Communications and Talent Marketing leaders who want to move beyond theory and focus on what really works – sharing ideas, experiences and practical thinking with peers facing similar challenges.
We’ll explore how meaningful, authentic employer branding comes to life when measurement, messaging and advocacy work together – and how that translates into stronger connections, trust and long‑term loyalty.

Designed for smaller groups, this session creates space for open conversation, practical learning and shared reflection – helping organisations lead with purpose, communicate with impact and build employer brands that help people, and businesses, thrive. Following the workshop, at 17:30 we’ll continue the conversation over a relaxed dinner — an opportunity to connect, share ideas and unwind with peers
