We’re really excited about the Global Employer Brand Exchange 2026 - a brand-new, community-led event bringing together the people shaping employer brand. 

This event is being built with input from across the employer brand community. Our Advisory Board of employer brand leaders are creating a new kind of gathering - shaping the themes, sharing ideas and making sure this becomes something genuinely useful and inspiring for everyone in the room. Expect a mix of practical sessions, honest conversations and fresh thinking across keynotes, workshops, collaboration sessions and more.

Built by the community, for the community, this isn’t your typical conference - with a focus on real connection, shared challenges and what’s next for employer branding. Plus, it’s not-for-profit by design, with proceeds supporting a cause chosen by the Advisory Board. We look forward to hopefully seeing you there.
